DE3: Existing employment sites and premises
1. This policy is vague in its application and is unsound as it does not properly relate the policy to the supporting text concerning the urban industrial, office and business parks/sites surveyed in the employment sites review with defined boundaries. For example, the text identifies where there is scope for intensification at specified business parks and industrial estates but the policy is applying important policies district wide. I cannot locate a policies map identifying the existing sites to which this policy is referring.
2. DE3 (ii) Delete "having regard to other policies of the Plan" and replace with "accord with other relevant policies of the Plan".
