14.13 - 14.18 Community Facilities: As a rural centre, Ticehurst recognizes the importance of fostering and maintaining community venues ensuring that they are flexible and fit for purpose in order to promote local activities for all groups in the community and meet local needs. The Local Action Plan seeks (and this will be included in the current update) to identify present needs and review existing resources - examples of this are the football pavilion and scout hut
