Policy EC2 relates to Business Land and Premises. This policy is supported. The Core Strategy text states that the Council wish to focus new rural employment floorspace within existing rural service area. It is therefore suggested that an additional bullet point be added to this policy:
(vi) in rural service areas, sites for employment use, including as part of mixed use developments.
