Policy OSS3 states that existing development boundaries will be reviewed as part of the Development and Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD). It is considered that as existing Local Plan allocations have formed part of the calculations both the housing and employment figures these allocations should be protected from changes to the settlement boundary which could affect their deliverability. The policy text should therefore include an additional sentence referencing this - see section 7.
