The Rural Settlement Strategy (Nov 2008) is already 3 years old and therefore outdated. It relies, in part, upon data taken from the 2001 Census which is now outdated. The Issues and Options paper was published in 2006, now outdated, the Parish Council Event was held in Nov 2002, now outdated, and the Housing Needs Study (Parishes) is dated 2001, 11 years ago! As such, the evidence base is therefor not credible.
