The SE Plan was an assessment of population factors affecting the Sothe East housing requirements. Although the Plan may have refered to the strategy for Bexhill based on a completion of road improvements the housing need for the district remains 280 compared tp 245. This only represents a 14 % increase over the plan period. The evidence for the districts housing requirements remain. It is for the Council to assess how best to deliver this housing need is met.
