Proposed Link Road. The Link Road is in no way a satisfactory replacement to the bypass but will create considerable congestion at both ends, viz Sidley and the Ridge.
Original Shopping Centres. The document does not accentuate the need for curbing the considerable deterioration of the shopping centres. The policy must be to refuse consent for further out of town development.
