We are surprised that there is no reference here and elsewhere to the High Weald AONB Management Plan. This seems central.

Strategy (vi) ---which should perhaps be (iv) ---needs to be balanced by a commitment to manage, minimise and mitigate the consequences of access to the countryside, eg traffic, parking, litter, signage and erosion.
