Countryside Para 9.53
We strongly endorse option 1 in the Sustainability Appraisal (paragraph 9.53). The countryside (including the undeveloped coast) is a finite and irreplaceable resource. Option 2 would be self-defeating: development would destroy the resource which is being exploited.
