Point c(iii) "give further consideration to only very limited development in the peripheral areas of Hastings...." raises concerns. Paragraph 6.58 Lead Agencies / Partners. There is no mention of any involvement from the Parish Councils on the Hastings Fringe, unlike in the Rural Areas where Parish Councils are listed. It would be expected that a democratic input should be welcome from all the Parishes regardless of their location.
