* There is not enough water available at the moment to run my factory without constant issues from low pressure..
* Constant issues with electrical power cuts. (unreliable supply)
*Gas, I paid £70K to upgrade the gas supply to my factory, I don't believe there is enough capacity for another 20 houses.
*Sewers, the sewage plant in Beckley is already failing on a regular basis.
*Hobbs Lane does not have the capacity for extra movements or parking.
*There is no spare land to link the footway without causing a severe pinch point in the lane.
*Lorries need room to enter and leave Ebrofrost unobstructed by parked vehicles.
*Public transport is appalling.
*Every development built now days has too many houses and not enough parking spaces, cars parked on the lane will cause major issues for lorry access.
*Roadworks for sewage, footpath will cause chaos for lorries and staff.
