BX28 in relation to discussion about sports pitches at Northeye and need for a new location for these on the allocation site possibly being required. Sport England is concerned that other parts of the site may not be suitable due to undulation/ gradients, ground conditions etc. A feasibility assessment by qualified agronomist is required, all sports facilities including sports pitches and ancillary facilities to be of at least equivalent if not better quality and quantity and to Sport England and relevant NGB design standards and specifications.
