I have tried to use online response, without success; unfortunately, I do not find it "Quick and easy to use".
On behalf of Sussex Ramblers, I make the following selected response to the above Local Plan:

Retention of sites of social and economic value
3.2 It is important with all new housing development that there is no loss of amenities and job opportunities as these will be needed by new occupants to avoid them having to travel for these.
