We support this policy, although we recommend the further addition of "without development potential" following "at a realistic valuation of the premises for the permitted use." This will help to ensure that valuations put forward are not unnecessarily inflated which would compromise the ability of local people, groups and other genuine potential operators to express interest and bid.

We support this policy, although we would recommend the addition of 'cultural facilities' within the scope of uses to which the policy applies. This would remove any unnecessary doubt and ensure the Plan better accords and is consistent with the NPPF (2018).
