Policy SRM2 (FA16)
We note that Policy SRM2 is to include reference to the South East River Basin Management Plan (RDMP). The wording of this proposed amendment does not however make sense. As such we recommend the following changes:
(ii) Ensuring that new development does not have an adverse effect on the surface and groundwater quality, and potential yield of water resources in line with the South East River Basin Management Plan and Source Protection Zone designations.
