With the sites in North Bexhill the enclosed layout & Design should be incorporated,
with growing local food where possible for the residents, employing some full time
staff, with help from the retired members on the estate. This providing a purpose for
the retied folk. The enclosed layout & design would include indoor and outdoor
sports facilities, some villages could incorporate a similar plan.
