Representation Summary:

The SHLAA identified through landowners/
developers areas where they considered 6 or more residential properties could be built. Rother DC assessed and accepted some (including those abounding my property)that are within Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Prime Minister in Sept 2011 stated in Parliament that the current and proposed alterations to planning controls would not allow building on land designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and that such land and Green Belt land were safe from development. Therefore the general inclusion of the SHLAA in this document is UNSOUND IN TERMS OF CONSISTENCE WITH NATIONAL & REGIONAL POLICY.
