This process has been made as difficult as the council could make it for the average person to be able to contribute. I have found it a struggle with regard to compliance etc.
The document is not easy to find on the website with no links from the home page making it not easy to access.
Is this a deliberate act from the council to exclude the avearage citizen from contributing to the consultation?
We are put in the hands of the so called experts to define our future with no voice of our own.
I have run out of time to contribute more.
