Rother Local Plan 2020-2040 (Regulation 18)

Representation ID: 25610

Received: 19/07/2024

Respondent: Mr Mike Rampling

Representation Summary:

Further details of these proposals needs to be forthcoming. For example, how would you propose dealing with a property that was a second home/holiday let/Air BnB. You could not apply the same policy to those as you would to a primary residence.

Rother Local Plan 2020-2040 (Regulation 18)

Representation ID: 26128

Received: 23/07/2024

Respondent: Mrs Deborah Rampling

Representation Summary:

Clarification around how this would be done please. Currently we have been on a waiting list for self build plots for years. Our daughters have also registered interest in affordable housing in our small coastal community, Pett level. Rother has struggled to provide help, so please clarify how you could support relocation of residents.
