The proposed CCMA appears to have been taken directly from the 2006 Shoreline Management Plan. On that document, even at 250% magnification the lines drawn for the present (2006), and predicted 2025, 2055, and 2105 coastline are the same thickness as Pett Level Rd. A plan at that level of accuracy should not be used as a basis for the draft local plan - its not even possible to compare the current coastline to the 2006 prediction of what it would be like in 2025, which would surely be a reasonable starting point.
