North Trade Road and the High Street are already heavily congested, and poorly maintained (lots more traffic and potholes!)

Affordable housing locations need to be close to public amenities, healthcare, schools etc as low or no income households are likely to need walkability to these services. Do not do affordable housing in middle of countryside without these essential provisions.
