Rother Local Plan 2020-2040 (Regulation 18)

Representation ID: 24928

Received: 28/06/2024

Respondent: Mr Paul MILLER

Representation Summary:

Ref Map Bex 0156 Broadoak Park and the parcel of land Bex 0161.
Could these two parcels of land be combined, physically (perhaps opened up to the new development at Bex 0116) to provide a 'Green Park' area stretching down to Little Common. This amenity would be open to all the local residents and community providing a first class Park area.
This proposal supports the 'Green to the Core' and 'Live Well Locally' objectives at minimum cost.
