Representation Summary:
I would like to see RDC working much closer with ESCC, who of course are responsible for the administration of PRoW and local landowners to increase awareness of
the benefits of walking and consult with landowners on how best this could be improved upon by
removing as many hurdles to walking as possible and taking a stronger line with those land owners
that put deliberate hurdles in the way of walkers.
