It is not possible to satisfactorily bypass Flimwell. Flimwell is made up of two halves dissected by the A21 and unless you are considering building a tunnel, any new road purporting to be a bypass would adversely affect residents on the Eastern side ( as per the previous scheme and which also included 2 of the fields and the Weald Smokery which you have put in your housing allocation plan). Or you would have to pass far to the East of the houses on the Eastern side of the A21/A268 junction passing through large swathes of the High Weald NL.
