Being surrounded by water and the new flood defences only being viable for up to 50 years fills me with climate anxiety! The answer is a balance between residential properties and 2nd homes and holiday lets, affordable rents for the young and local jobs. Balance what is really needed against the push of overdevelopment in unsuitable places.
