I believe Rother Council has created very complex documents for public consultation, difficult to use software to respond and as a result has not truly conducted any public consultation.

I fully endorse the vision and priorities but I am somewhat sceptical that they will strictly adhered to when it comes to the decision process. I suspect a reason to ignore some principles will be found if it is a development that is deemed necessary. Major developments (over 10 in number) must be focused as per the Vision statement ie sustainable places with infrastructure in place and not afterthoughts.
