'Access to public transport' should imply that the public transport is of a practical nature; a daytime-only once-hourly bus is not feasible for most people to get to work for instance, especially if it doesn't go directly to a required destination. Additionally during school hours or rush hour the bus might be too full leaving other passengers with a wait of up to 2 hours.
'Meaningful community engagement' is not meaningful if residents are not aware that any consultation is happening. At least 50% of the community here have not been aware of development proposals, and those that are generally by word of mouth only. it is also apparent the a large number of local residents are afraid to give their views because they can be identified online. Why not demand name and address but only publish initials?
