Strongly support item iii d “Minimise opportunities for anti-social car parking on pavements and green spaces.”
In policy i a (also note 4.66), the words "as convenient" should be replaced with "the most convenient".
I support policy point ii, as for example it’s not illegal to park across a dropped curb, but very inconsiderate for those who need to use such features.

Sport England supports this policy. The Council may wish to insert 'covered' into the requirement for non residential cycle parking as protection from the elements for expensive electric bikes, trikes etc is lightly to encourage more use

Please DO NOT permit parking on pavements by making new roads wide enough. Parking on
pavements encourages accidents and is a serious obstacle to disabled people and those with children.
