Representation Summary:

Firstly the land is totally unsuitable for allotments, it slopes northeast and has borders of overhanging hedgerow and mature trees. There have been plans in the past, before the Goulds Drive development was constructed, also for allotments which were rejected upon those grounds. Now we have several properties that have gardens immediately adjacent to this land.
It is immediately on the border of our land and only 10 feet away from our house. There will be environmental, health, privacy and security issues as anyone working this land will have a direct, uninterrupted view into our house. In short we will not be able to use our garden for the purpose it is intended.
There is no mention of any screening of the use of this land.
There is much wildlife that uses this land, small and large mammals, that we have captured with our wildlife camera's. It is illegal to interfere with the badgers that use this land for their natural habitat.
