1.Inappropriate access to north parcel of land
2.Inappropriate access and unsuitability of land for housing to south parcel of land as within proposed green corridor
3.Inappropriate proposed pedestrian/cycle link

Full text:

Proposed access route to larger north parcel of housing land is not indicated on plan but highways improvements works labelled would indicate that access is proposed off Watermill Lane, however previous plans for the North Bexhill Access Road proposed access to new housing to be off the NBAR which is more appropriate for both infrastructure and access.
Smaller south parcel of housing land indicates access off a narrow private lane that is unsuitable for additional traffic volume. This parcel of land that appears to fall in the original BX3 area was always identified as part of a green corridor and does not appear in the supporting studies( ecology study and appraisal and recommendation report) for this current plan so has not been appropriately assessed for suitability for housing.
Proposed pedestrian/cycle link indicated between Watermill Lane and the existing public footpath is indicated along the line of the existing stream which forms the boundary between Preston Lodge and Chetwynd and to the best of my knowledge is our land. No consultation has been received on this proposal prior to this plan. It would seem to make more sense to link the existing public footpaths to the west and east of Watermill Lane via the private access lane to Preston Hall as this is already substantially used as an informal pedestrian footpath
