some detailed, lengthy or poorly scanned documents are difficult to assess online. At the very least Rye Town Council would like to see full size hard copies of plans available to view at Bexhill Town Hall and the Rye and Batlle CHPs.

Many of those authorities send letters to those neighbours potentially affected by planning applications - why not RDC?

The lack of paper plans makes it difficult to discuss at Parish Council meetings. The parish council would prefer to revert to paper plans The Parish Council considers that Rother District Council should impose a condition that, in the case of large developments, developers are obligated to provide a paper copy for Parish Councils.
