Why is information regarding Certificates of Lawfulness not posted on the council website. I appreciate people cannot comment on them but as they appear to lead to permitted development it is useful for a community to know what is a legal build and what is opportunistic.

The Parish Council would like to see a return to 'prior notifications' for works to trees in the Conservation Area and Certificates of Lawfulness being included in the weekly list of notifications to PC's as the local knowledge of situations and history can provide valuable information.
