Para 2.9 this is against the whole principles of the SCI and needs to be removed. It is always appropriate to consider all comments hence a statement of community involvement as stated in para 3.1

Would be very useful if planners explained why they did not agree with the representations made! Would be very useful for residents and Councillors alike and inform future comments.
