The reasoning behind why larger sites cannot be considered for wholly affordable, locally required housing is not fully explained. If there is a site in a village which can fulfill the needs of the village, then this is what it should be used for before any new ordinary market housing is agreed. In some villages where extensive development has already taken place, then these houses are the only sort that should be built. Builders will build them if given no option!
