Representation Summary:

There is currently a growing trend in our village and probably across the whole of rother whereby people are deliberately buying a house which is too small for them and the within the first few months (or sometimes before they have moved in), they are applying for planning permission to increase the size. This needs to be addressed otherwise in a few years, there will be no smaller properties available and they cannot keep building new ones. Research needs to be done into this problem. This is done due to the price and no increase in council tax for extensions.
