Respondent: Mrs Paula Swift

Legally compliant? No

Sound? No

Duty to co-operate? Not specified

Representation Summary:

Development within, or adjoining, villages is feasible if it is situated sensibly. New housing built in rural areas doesn`t remain unoccupied/unsold indicating a requirement for it. An "exception policy" for affordable housing on green field or AONB sites doesn`t mean the dwellings have less of an impact just because they are calssified as "affordable". Similarly, market housing in similar locations doesn`t have more of an impact because it is deemed "market housing" and not "affordable"
