Highlighting the access from Robertsbridge to London should give the councellors the key to what is happening to Robertsbridge as a village. It is fast becoming a commuter dormatory. No house here is sold without the mention of the 'MLS'. This in turn drives up the value of houses making the unaccessable for the local people. Commuters are of limited benefit to a village, they may earn more money, but the do not necessarily spend it locally and their long hours away each day mean that they contribute less to the local needs.
