Representation Summary:

Whilst this probably does show the mean household incomes, there is no factor included for the number of people who commute to London and therefore earn a much higher wage than that available locally. In some of the villages with a main line station, the proportion of commuters is higher and therefore the mean household income is much higher than most 'local' people earn.
