NPC feels that is it discrimination to allocate a higher percentage (25%) to Parishes that have a Village Plan as opposed to Parishes like Northiam who have decided against providing a Village Plan (15%)
In fact NPC fells that ALL Town and Parish Council should receive AT LEAST 50% - especially as it is the Residents who will have developments forced upon them therefore the community should receive the money.
