Representation Summary:

Without specific indication that businesses are to expand or develop in Robertsbridge or any other area for that matter, why is there an increased need for such business floor-space? No business interest at all in the area has been generated and therefore how have these figures been achieved? This is contrary to NPPF 17.

Insufficient public and community involvement in this regard and with other points raised, it will greatly affect the environment and the safeguards in place being stripped away by the draconian rationalisation of planning guidance as a result of these continuing changes.

Without specific indication that businesses are to expand or develop in Robertsbridge or any other area for that matter, why is there an increased need for such business floor-space? No business interest at all in the area has been generated and therefore how have these figures been achieved? This is contrary to NPPF 17 "plans should take account of market signals, such as land prices and housing affordability, and set out a clear strategy for allocating sufficient land which is suitable for development in their area, taking account of the needs of the residential and business communities".

Insufficient public and community involvement in this regard and with other points raised, it will greatly affect the environment and the safeguards in place being stripped away by the draconian rationalisation of planning guidance as a result of these continuing changes.
